While the script is formulaic and the acting is modest, the fight choreography and authentic combat sequences elevate it above typical direct-to-video genre entries.

Acting The inclusion of real-life MMA athletes provides an authentic, credible layer to the combat scenes.
Acting Tony Schiena and Heath Herring deliver performances that are serviceable and convincing enough for the requirements of their roles.
Production The film utilizes a bright, colorful visual aesthetic that feels superior to the typical low-budget DVD production standard.
