Onmyoji is a visually and philosophically evocative exploration of Japanese folklore that balances palace intrigue with supernatural conflict. While some viewers find its deliberate pacing and archetypal narrative challenging, others are deeply charmed by the atmospheric score and compelling character portrayals.
| Score | The evocative musical score successfully captures the traditional Japanese spirit and elevates the film's atmospheric quality. | |
