В 1980 году по Лондону молниеносно разлетелась новость о террористической атаке, направленной на иранское посольство. Все началось с того, что группа неизвестных ворвалась в здание посольства и взяла в плен всех его сотрудников. Власти пытались договориться с террористами, однако их требования были невыполнимыми. Руководство спецназа приняло решение взять штурмом здание, несмотря на то, что могли появиться жертвы среди гражданского населения. Ситуация обострялась тем, что здание посольства было хорошо укреплено, и это мешало солдатам быстро достигать поставленных целей.
