На Хэллоуин в поисках острых ощущений группа студентов отправляется за город на аттракцион «Комнаты страха», который обещает воплотить кошмары из самых жутких фильмов ужасов. Вскоре друзья понимают, что попали вовсе не в место для игр, под масками клоунов скрываются не люди, а существа из другого мира, а сами они теперь — герои настоящего хоррора и должны очень сильно постараться, чтобы выбраться из адского аттракциона живыми.
